Project Name: Ecthelian's Joyful Celebration

Description: RL Commission, Waist-Up CG for ~lilly-peacecraft (aka Meg Tyler) Those are her original character, Lilly and her fiance, Milliardo. Because of she wanted the main theme of this commission to be like romance, so I decided to draw the wedding theme, as the joyful celebration for them XD :heart:
